General Notary
These include:
Acknowledgements, Oaths and Affirmations, Jurats, Verifying VIN numbers,
Safe-Deposit Box Inventory and Verifying Certified Copies
$10 per Notarial Act (per stamp)
$5 (Notary signs as witness)
Matrimonial
$50 (In office/Just couple)
Marriage license is valid for 60 days after issuance. You must perform the ceremony of marriage before this 60 days has expired. Blood Tests are not required. There is a 3-day waiting period after issuance of the license before you can get married, unless you have completed the Florida pre-marital course, in which case the waiting period is waived. Mobile Service
Price depends on where we will be meeting.
It can be the local coffee shop, hospital, jail, ALF, or any public building.

No blank spaces, except for signature to be witnessed.
Bring Government Issued Photo I.D.

Acceptable Forms:
Valid Drivers License, Passport, Military I.D., or Green Card.
All signers must be present, aware and willing to sign.

This includes any witnesses.
